1. Agreement
By accessing this website or engaging CzayLabs for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
2. Services
CzayLabs provides web development, mobile application development, backend & API development, UI/UX design, SEO, and social media management services. The specific services offered will be outlined in the project proposal or service agreement.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of or licensed to CzayLabs. No part of the content may be reproduced without prior written permission.
4. Project deliverables
For project deliverables, intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. Until that point, delivered work remains the property of CzayLabs.
5. Payment terms
Payment terms are outlined in the proposal or service agreement governing each project. Our standard structure is 40% at project start, 40% when development is complete, and 20% before launch. Late payments may be subject to a 2% late fee per 30 days past the agreed due date.
6. Cancellation & refunds
Cancellation requests are accepted within 14 days of project start. A proportional deduction may be applied for work completed prior to cancellation within this window. No refunds are issued for completed work.
7. Limitation of liability
CzayLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including errors, delays, or failures in third-party services outside the project scope.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Turkish law and Turkish courts have jurisdiction over them.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
