How we work
Every project at CzayLabs is handled by the person who actually builds it — no account managers passing messages between a client and a developer they've never met. You own your work from the first conversation to production.
What we look for
- Strong fundamentals — you understand why things work, not just that they do
- Comfortable with ambiguity — clients don't always know what they need yet
- Bias towards shipping — done and learning beats perfect and delayed
- Written communication — most of our client work happens asynchronously
- Curiosity about the product side — you care what gets built, not just how
